IEEE SIGHT organized a four-day training course on n8n automation and AI workflows for 34 students. Held on February 3, 7, 10, and 14, 2026, with the course concluding on February 15, the program delivered a total of 20 training hours.
n8n is a platform that allows users to create automated workflows and connect different applications and services. Throughout the sessions, participants learned how to build simple and useful automation processes, explore ways to incorporate AI tools into their work, and apply their knowledge through a final project.
By the end of the course, students had developed a practical understanding of how automation works and how to create their own basic workflows in an encouraging and interactive environment.
• Learned how to create automated workflows using n8n.
• Strengthened problem-solving skills through practical n8n exercises.
• Created simple workflow projects during the training.
• Learned how to integrate different tools and services into one system.
Participants shared very positive feedback about the course. Students enjoyed the sessions and found them helpful and easy to understand, particularly because the training used practical examples throughout.
The N8N Training Course gave students a practical foundation in workflow automation and AI-enabled processes. By combining guided instruction with hands-on exercises and a final project, IEEE SIGHT helped participants build useful technical skills they can continue developing in future projects.
