The monthly IEEE SIGHT team meeting was held as part of the chapter’s regular activities to review progress, align the team, and plan future work. The meeting created space for members to discuss current initiatives, share ideas, and prepare the next stages of IEEE SIGHT’s projects.
During the meeting, the Chair presented the upcoming IEEE SIGHT projects, including their proposed timelines, objectives, and expected tasks for each phase. Reviewing this plan helped the team establish clear priorities and prepare for the work ahead.
The team discussed the progress of current initiatives, including the Minecraft project. Members reviewed recent developments, outlined the next steps, and considered how their contributions could advance the project.
Responsibilities were assigned to team members according to their interests and availability. The meeting also gave members an opportunity to propose and discuss new ideas, offer feedback, and help improve the team’s overall direction.
